Our team around managing director Fiona Hediger and chef Simon Kindhauser manage the Bistro Gleis 9 and the Restaurant Perron 9 with a lot of commitment and passion for our guests.
Gleis 9 has been in existence since 2005 for the classic, high-quality and market-fresh bistro lunch day and the after-work aperitif with wholesome menus in the evening. After the relocation of the building in 2013, the restaurant Perron 9 opened in order to combine the classic duo bistro and restaurant with fine business lunches and high-quality cuisine for dinners, events and banquets.

As part of the expansion of the Zurich diameter line at the end of May 2012, our Building was moved 60 meters to a new location, the largest building ever moved in Europe.
